This package gives you access to the first floor of the house which includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a sitting room, hall way entrance, bathroom, kitchen, dinning area, out side entertainment area and the pool.
All rooms come with furniture, plants and decor.
All moveable pieces can be moved to another room to suit your creative needs.
The pool isn't heated so its only open during the summer months.
Deposit is for the first 2 hours.
The outstanding amount can be paid on arrival and over time paid after the shoot.

Looking after the future photographers.

You must have a student card in your name to book. This package comes with full access to the grounds and inside the home for 5 hours. Any hours over the 5 will be charged at full price. 3 student photographers maximum using the space at one time is aloud.

You need content? well this is the best place to start.
You can shoot a whole month or two's worth of content if planned right.
We have the location, an in house photographer and artistic director.

This service is perfect for influence's, small business, performers, products and brands.
Don't want a photographer but want all your images and video captured on your Iphone.
We can also help you with that. Let us know what you want and we can make the magic happen.

Our in house artistic director has 25 years of experience in fashion design & costume design, has been in front of the camera her whole life, on stage & the cat walk, has personally decorated & staged The Dragons Parlour.
A Brain Storming session with Cassandra will consist of.
Working out what looks and styles you are after and what you want out of the shoot on the day.
A photo shoot plan for the day so time isn't wasted.
Sourcing your outfits if needed, make up artist and hair, which spaces in the house will suit the vibe of your look, working out a budget if you dont already have all the things you need if we cant supply them (eg Fresh flowers, stocking) help collaborate in products and or models if you aren't the model, can custom make head pieces or costumes if required, arrange props, arrange food and rink for the photo shoot day if required.
Anything I may have forgotten here just ask.
We are here to make this experience as easy as breathing on the day.

Book the bathroom for your next bath shoot day.
Max 2 hours.

Cost $143.
You can use the plants and bric brac that are in other rooms of the house to create the vibe but you can not shoot in any other room other then the bathroom. Changing area is supplied with heating. If you need more then the 2 hours its an extra $71.5 an hour which you can pre book if required or arrange on the day if the house has no other bookings.

You might not want to hire the whole house and only shoot in one room.

This options gives you the freedom to just book one room with out the expense of booking the entire house. This options includes rooms that are the  2 bedrooms, Lounge room, Turret, Entertainment/dinning room, outside front and back yards and the bathroom.
Plants, Bric Brac and furniture can be moved into this space as long as none of the other rooms have been hired at the same time.

Our one of a kind in house Rocking Horse peachy roses can be photographed on for an extra cost of $55 GST inc when shooting in side the Dragons Parlour. Peachy is an adult sized rocking horse, hand craved from wood, custom made.

Booking is essential so we can make sure she is cleaned and not dusty before shooting.

Our one of a kind in house Rocking Horse peachy roses can also be hired for outside of our venue. Peachy is an adult sized rocking horse, hand craved from wood and custom made. She isn't a play thing, so we do not hire for children's party's but happy to hire for window displays, function center pieces, theater prop, on site photo and film shooting.
Please note only one side is decorated. Hire much pick up and drop back in a large van or 2 tone truck. A refundable bond of $1000 must be left when picking her up. If any damage occurs the bond will be used to fix the horse and if any remains it will then be refunded. Papers will be signed by both party's on pick up.
The fee is a 24 hour fee. You you need a custom quote for a longer hire, please get in contact with us.
